At a ratio of 85% corn to 15% malted barley, this lightly aged spirit is a true corn whiskey. Aged in ex-bourbon barrels it adopts many bourbon like characteristics but is far lighter in color and on the palette. It's complemented by an aroma of kettle corn and finishes with light oak.
