This Limoncello is made to honor and remember Carlo’s Aunt Gabriella or Zia Lella as she was affectionately called.

Carlo has fond memories of Zia Lella’s kitchen in Rome, seeing all the different infusions, with chamomile, rosemary, gold leaf and of course lemon zests that she made to share with her friends and family. Zia Lella would be happy to hear how so many people visiting White Dog Distilling have said that Lella's Limoncello is the best they have ever had.
